Hydrawise Monitoring Package

With our Hydrawise Monitoring Package, allow us to worry about your system, so you don't have to!  Our monitoring package will be $80/year and be billed during our Spring Start Up.

The monitoring package includes:

• Weekly monitoring of your system

• Automatic run time adjustments based on weather & season

• Monitor for faulty valves/wiring (If you have Pro HC controller)

• Monitor for lost internet connection, contact customer for troubleshooting (system will not run if disconnected from internet) 

• Available Monday-Friday via Hydrawise app/text/call to answer questions or make changes to the App 

• 10% off ALL parts used for repairs 

NOTE: Without the monitoring package, all calls about your Hydrawise system will be billed to your account at $20 per call
